Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 telah berangsur menurun, namun kondisi belum normal seperti sedia kala. Hal ini tentu saja berpengaruh terhadap pelaksanaan pembelajaran di Madrasah. Dalam Pembelajaran jarak jauh perlu dimanajemen dengan baik supaya dapat dikondisikan sesuai dengan sistem. Sesuai kebijakan Kementerian Agama Kabupetan Banyumas bahwa di masa new normal peserta didik hanya diperkenalkan masuk 50% dari jumlah seluruh peserta didik setiap kelasnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengeksplorasi dan meneliti kegiatan manajemen blended learning dalam masa new normal di Mts Ma’arif NU Kebasen Banyumas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, wakil-wakil kepala sekolah, guru, dan peserta didik di Mts Ma’arif NU 1 Kebasen Banyumas. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan penelitian lapangan (fied research) dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru IPA dalam melaksanakan manajemen blended learning dari mulai perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Kemudian teknik analisis datanya melalui: (1) Pengumpulan data berupa instrumen, kegiatan manajemen, kurikulum, dan penilaian; (2) reduksi data berupa mengelola dan menghasilkan catatan dari teknik penelitian ini; (3) Penyajian data melalui perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan; (4) Verifikasi atau penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan di dapat kegiatan manajemen blended learning dalam masa new normal di Mts Ma’arif NU Kebasen Banyumas melalui: (1) Perencanaan (Planning) blended learning seperti, mengadakan rapat perencanaan pembelajaran di masa new normal, merencanakan platform e-learning yang akan dipakai pada pembelajaran, menyepakati kurikulum yang diterapkan, merencanakan jadwal pelaksanakan, merencanakan pembagian tugas pelaksanaan, merencanakan presentasi pelaksanaan sikronus dan a-sinkronus, merencakan sarana dan prasarana; (2) Pengorganisasian (Organizing) blended learning melalui Koordinasi antara Kepala Madrasah, Waka Kurikulum, Waka Sarana Prasarana, Waka Humas, Kepala Tata usaha, komite Madrasah dan pengawas Madrasah. (3) Pelaksanaan (Actuating) blended learning melalui; Perencanaan Proses Pembelajaran, Pelaksanaan Proses Pembelajaran, Penilaian Hasil Pembelajaran, Pengawasan Proses Pembelajaran; (4) Pengawasan (Controlling) blended learning. Empat pilar dalam sistem manajemen dalam blended learning di masa new normal. Dari sinilah, hasil dari manajemen sekolah dalam mengelola blended learning yang harus dimiliki dalam kompetensi pengajaran guru untuk mengembangkan peserta didik yang terampil, berilmu, dan berbudi pekerti. This of course affects the implementation of learning in Madrasas. In distance learning, it needs to be managed properly so that it can be conditioned according to the system. In accordance with the policy of the Ministry of Religion of Banyumas Regency that in the new normal period, students are only introduced to 50% of the total number of students in each class. The purpose of this study was to explore and examine blended learning management activities in the new normal at MTs Ma'arif NU Kebasen Banyumas. The subjects of this study were principals, vice principals,, teachers, and students at MTs Ma'arif NU 1 Kebasen Banyumas. The research method uses field research (field research) with observation data collection techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Informants in this study were science teachers in implementing blended learning management from planning, implementation, and evaluation. Then the data analysis techniques are: (1) Collecting data in the form of instruments, management activities, curriculum, and assessments; (2) data reduction in the form of managing and producing notes from this research technique; (3) Presentation of data through planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring; (4) Verification or drawing conclusions. Based on the data collected, it was found that blended learning management activities in the new normal period at MTs Ma'arif NU Kebasen Banyumas through: (1) Planning blended learning such as holding learning planning meetings in the new normal period, planning an e-learning platform that will be used in learning, agreeing on the curriculum to be applied, planning the implementation schedule, planning the division of implementation tasks, planning presentations on synchronous and a-synchronous implementation, planning facilities and infrastructure; (2) Organizing blended learning through coordination between the Head of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Curriculum, Deputy Head of Infrastructure, Deputy Head of Public Relations, Head of Administration, Madrasah committee and Madrasah supervisors. (3) Implementation (Actuating) blended learning through; Learning Process Planning, Implementation of Learning Processes, Assessment of Learning Outcomes, Supervision of Learning Processes; (4) Supervision (Controlling) blended learning. The four pillars of the management system in blended learning in the new normal. From here, the results of school management in managing blended learning that must be possessed in the teaching competence of teachers to develop students who are skilled, knowledgeable, and virtuous.
