Abstract

Bonus demografi didapatkan Indonesia pada periode antara 2015-2030, di mana jumlah penduduk berusia produktif lebih tinggi dibandingkan jumlah penduduk berusia non produktif. Hal ini memberi tantangan dalam pemberdayaan menuju kesejahteraan penduduk. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjawab pertanyaan tentang bagaimana peranan Kampung Marketer dalam meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi warga Desa Tunjungmuli Kecamatan Karangmoncol Kabupaten Purbalingga. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi sedangkan analisis datanya menggunakan model Milles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data penelitian ini dilakukan melalui uji credibility, uji transferability, uji dependability dan uji confirmability. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kampung Marketer berperan dalam pemberdayaan warga melalui inovasi di jalur pendidikan dan pelatihan IT (Information and Technology). Pada Desember 2020 sebanyak 645 Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) terberdayakan di mana 76 diantaranya merupakan warga Desa Tunjungmuli Kecamatan Karangmoncol dengan masing-masing pendapatan SDM antara 1-3 juta per bulan dan total akumulasi pendapatan SDM secara keseluruhan sebesar Rp 1.389.163.958. This condition becomes a challenge in empowerment towards the welfare of population. This research is to answer the questions about how the role of village marketer in improving the economic independence of the civilians of Tunjungmuli Village, Karangmoncol Sub-district, Purbalingga District. This type of research is field research with qualitative methods. The data collection technique uses observation, interview and documentation, while the data analysis uses the Milles and Huberman model including data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. This research data validity test is through credibility tes, transferability test, dependability test and confirmability test. The results showed that Kampung Marketer played a role in empowering residents through innovation in the education and IT path. In December 2020 as many as 645 human resources were empowered, 76 of whom were residents of Tunjungmuli Village with each income between 1-3 million per month and the total accumulated income as a whole was Rp 1,389,163,958.
